FIGHTING UNWANTED MAIL (SPAM)
"Spam" refers to any commercial email sent without the recipient's permission. “Commercial email” is defined as any email message the primary purpose of which is to convey commercial advertising or promotion of a product or service. Made Network offers an "Email Marketing" service but this must be used for the sole and exclusive purpose of sending messages to recipients who have given their consent to receive advertising messages. With the exception of the "Email Marketing" service, the sending of advertising or promotional messages is not permitted. However, the sending of transactional messages to recipients with whom the User has commercial or other relationships is permitted. Made Network is strongly committed to fighting "Spam", which is why it applies systematic monitoring of all the activities of the email accounts it manages. Violation of the above terms will result in the immediate suspension or termination of the managed email account.
RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
